I have taught English as a foreign language to three-year-old infants to year 6, after passing the competition exams for public tenure in 2013.
Between August and December 2010
I taught French and Spanish from GCSE to A-Levels and I had the opportunity to familiarize myself with the International Baccalaureate program.
I also supervised the progress of the five languages taught in the Modern Foreign Languages department.
September 2005 – July 2010
I taught French and Spanish from year 7 to A-Levels.
I was Head of the Spanish Department for three years. The results raised up to 75% A* to C for the first time.

I teach English as a foreign language to primary school children, from year 2 to year 6 as the main school’s specialist, upon succeeding at the 2013 government’s competitive exams. I have also been the bilingual programs coordinator, where natural science is taught in the target language. I have worked in a total of nine schools in the islands of La Palma, La Gomera and Tenerife.

I taught French and Spanish from year 7 to A Level. I was the Head of the Spanish department for three years and, during this time, I managed to improve students’ results to a 75% A*-C. I was a tutor of different groups and I was one of the pioneers in the use of the Visual Learning Platform. By the end of this stage, I gained an excellent result in my last lesson observation with outstanding features.
