What are the lessons by video conferencing like?
In each lesson, we will work on the four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. During the trial lesson, each student’s learning needs will be identified and, from there, the courses are tailor-made. All the content is registered on written support and, after each lesson, homework is proposed for the student to consolidate what he/she has learned.
What is the methodology?
We will work on themes, units or learning interests. The methodology is interactive and highly participative. I used interactive videos, where you will learn the vocabulary within the context of the story presented. Similarly, you will learn the grammar structures and the verb tenses. Courses are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, from A1 to C2.
What is the evaluation system like?
All the content will be on a LMS e-Learning platform and the same happens with the evaluation products. They are assessed automatically or manually, in a way that the student is informed on what his/her strengths and weaknesses are throughout the entire learning process.
How long can I use the package for?
The individual lesson is for the student to work on something specific. The school package is for Primary School students and it is designed for two lessons a week during one month. You can use the five sessions package for up to five weeks maximum. The 10 lessons package can be used between 5 and 10 weeks (depending on whether you take one or two lessons per week) and you can use your 20 sessions package for up to two and a half months.
Are the lessons the same for everyone?
Nop. The lessons for Primary or Secondary School students are different to the ones for University students or professionals. The intensive courses to prepare for a certification are designed to cover the topics required to pass it.
What are the lessons for teachers like?
These lessons are designed for all the English specialist Primary school teachers who want to present their annual didacting program and their learning situations orally. The teacher who prepares for these competition exams gains confidence in himself and fluency, in addition to ease to speak in public and also to write properly and defend his/her arguments with a neutral and comprehensible accent.
